Palermo FC, currently competing in Italy’s Serie B, has officially announced a new commercial partnership with Etihad Airways. The Abu Dhabi-based airline joins the Rosanero as part of a progressive collaboration designed to boost the club’s international profile.
The deal further cements the ties between Etihad and the City Football Group (CFG), Palermo’s parent organization. Etihad is already the iconic stadium and shirt sponsor for Manchester City and maintains various roles across the CFG global network.
A Strategy for Growth
The partnership focuses on a “structured visibility program” aimed at driving growth for both entities. Fans can expect exclusive experiences and increased brand presence both at the Stadio Renzo Barbera and across digital platforms. This agreement is seen as a crucial step in Palermo’s long-term strategy to return to the top flight of Italian football while expanding its reach beyond Italy.
