NFL Game Pass Subscriptions on DAZN Surge by 24% in 2025

The partnership between the NFL and streaming giant DAZN has reached new heights, with international subscriptions for the NFL Game Pass rising by 24% during the 2025 season. Most notably, the “Ultimate Tier” of the service saw a staggering growth of over 300%, signaling a massive appetite for premium sports content.

Global Reach and Record Streaming

Entering the third year of their ten-year distribution deal, DAZN remains the exclusive home for the NFL in over 200 markets (excluding the US and China). The data highlights a highly engaged global fanbase:

  • Super Bowl LX Impact: Fans streamed more than 125 million minutes of the championship game on the platform.
  • Interactive Growth: 25% of subscribers utilized the “FanZone” community features, reflecting a 20% year-on-year increase in interactive engagement.

Localization is Key

DAZN’s strategy of “bringing the game closer to the fans” through localization has paid off. Last season, the streamer expanded its offerings to include:

  • Full coverage in Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese.
  • Increased game availability in French and Dutch.

Leadership Perspectives

“NFL Game Pass on DAZN continues to drive remarkable growth as we invest in enhancing the fan experience,” said Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group.

Hans Schroeder, NFL Executive VP of Media Distribution, added that the momentum behind the NFL’s international ambitions is undeniable: “DAZN’s investment in innovation and fan-focused interactivity has elevated the viewing experience for our global fanbase.”
