Real Madrid has published its financial results for the first six months of the 2025/26 season, ending on December 31. The report, while showing lower figures than a year ago, remains positive for Florentino Perez’s club, thanks to a significant reduction in costs and revenues that remain consistently above half a billion euros.
This result was achieved largely due to the new Santiago Bernabéu stadium, which has been operating at full capacity for a year following the completion of renovation works. Now, fans are waiting for the Blancos’ season to fully turn around on the pitch following the arrival of Alvaro Arbeloa, who replaced Xabi Alonso as head coach.
Real Madrid 2025 Half-Year Report: Bernabéu Revenues Continue to Grow
Thanks to the new stadium, Real Madrid’s revenue reached €571.3 million for the first half of 2025/26, a slight contraction compared to the €589.7 million recorded in the 2024/25 period. Regarding net profit, the report for the first six months of the 2025/26 season stands at €5.2 million, compared to nearly €30 million 12 months ago.
As shown in the club’s half-year report, in addition to stadium income, membership revenues contributed €152 million, a slight increase from the nearly €150 million in 2024/25. Friendlies and other matches played during the season generated €114 million, up from €108 million in the previous season. Television rights remain stable (€81.2 million versus €81.6 million last year). Commercial revenues, however, decreased from €250 million to nearly €224 million as of December 31, 2025.
