Oracle Red Bull Racing Announces Multi-Year Global Recruitment Partnership with Indeed

As the 2026 Formula 1 season kicks off, Oracle Red Bull Racing has officially joined forces with the global job site Indeed. The multi-year agreement names Indeed as the team’s Official Recruitment Partner, covering both the F1 Team and the F1 Academy operations.

Driving Talent Acquisition The partnership is designed to highlight and streamline the recruitment process for one of the most demanding environments in sports. Beginning with the current season, Indeed branding will appear on the RB22 car and the helmets of drivers and pit crew members, with plans to expand to team kits and apparel as the season progresses.

Beyond mere branding, the partnership serves a functional role in the team’s workforce development. Indeed will become the presenting partner of the Talent Academy Programme, a strategic initiative dedicated to helping students and aspiring professionals secure work experience, placements, and apprenticeships within the F1 ecosystem.

The Rising Demand for Motorsport Talent This collaboration arrives as interest in professional motorsport careers reaches record levels. Internal data from Indeed shows that job postings in the United States mentioning “racing” or “motorsport” have surged by nearly 88% between January 2021 and 2026, underscoring a significant shift in career aspirations toward the track.

A People-First Philosophy “People have always been the foundation of our success,” said Laurent Mekies, CEO and Team Principal at Oracle Red Bull Racing. “Every Championship we’ve won is the result of exceptional talent, strong collaboration, and a culture that empowers our team to perform at the highest level. We’re incredibly proud of the diverse set of specialisms across the entire team that drives performance every weekend.”

By leveraging Indeed’s reach and expertise, Red Bull Racing aims to ensure that its technical and operational teams remain at the cutting edge of innovation, securing the human capital necessary to compete at the front of the grid for years to come.
