In a strategic move to tighten its grip on the digital and commercial landscape, Atletico Madrid has officially announced the creation of its own integrated marketing and content agency, branded as Mr. Red.

The Spanish club is centralizing its creative, digital, and audiovisual departments into this new powerhouse to streamline operations and unlock new revenue streams.

Centralizing the Creative Engine

According to the official statement released on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, Mr. Red will be responsible for the club’s entire content ecosystem. Its mission is three-fold:

  • Sponsor Synergy: Designing bespoke campaigns for global partners to maximize ROI.
  • Fan Engagement: Producing proprietary, high-quality content specifically tailored for the “Colchoneros” worldwide.
  • External Growth: In a unique twist, the agency will also offer its consulting and production services to external advertisers and third-party brands.
