Audi & Revolut Reveal 2026 F1 Livery in Berlin

The industrial halls of Kraftwerk Berlin served as the high-tech backdrop for a historic milestone in motorsport: the official global launch of the Audi Revolut F1 Team. Marking the brand’s formal entry into the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, the event showcased the Audi R26 bolide, a striking new livery, and a strategic partnership with fintech giant Revolut.

A New Aesthetic: Precision Meets Power

The Audi R26 livery introduces a sophisticated visual language for the 2026 season. The design features a unique titanium finish contrasted against exposed carbon fiber, emphasizing lightweight engineering. High-energy accents in Lava Red and the iconic Audi rings—rendered in a special F1-exclusive version—complete the look.

“This project is a catalyst for change,” said Gernot Döllner, CEO of AUDI AG. “We are not here just to compete; we are here to redefine the future of ‘Vorsprung durch Technik.’ Our goal is clear: to fight for the World Championship title by 2030.”

Strategic Synergy: Revolut and adidas

The team’s identity is heavily influenced by its Title Partner, Revolut. The collaboration aims to bridge the gap between traditional motorsport and the digital-first generation. Antoine Le Nel, Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Revolut, emphasized that the fintech’s disruptive DNA aligns perfectly with Audi’s underdog-turned-giant spirit.

In addition to the car, drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto debuted the team’s official apparel line, designed in collaboration with adidas. The full collection is set to launch globally on February 19, 2026, via a new webshop integrated with Revolut Pay.

Leadership and Vision

Team bosses Mattia Binotto (Head of Audi F1 Project) and Jonathan Wheatley (Team Principal) presented a unified organizational structure. By integrating power unit development in Neuburg with chassis operations in Hinwil and Bicester, Audi maintains total control over the R26’s performance.

  • Nico Hülkenberg: “The energy here is different. We are a factory team with world-class expertise and a long-term vision.”
  • Gabriel Bortoleto: “To represent the Four Rings is a dream. I am ready to give everything to help write this new chapter.”

The Audi Revolut F1 Team will make its competitive debut at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne in March 2026.
