- FC Barcelona: Added 52.2 million new followers.
- Real Madrid CF: Secured second place with an increase of 43.1 million followers.
- Liverpool FC: Ranked third, gaining 27.9 million new fans.
Surge in percentage growth across Europe
While the giants led in total volume, other clubs saw the most significant relative growth compared to their 2024 numbers:
- Newcastle United: The fastest-growing European club with a 183% increase.
- Real Betis: Recorded a 94% growth rate.
