LONDON – FIFA has announced a “hybrid” broadcast strategy for the final stage of the inaugural FIFA Women’s Champions Cup 2026. By partnering with both digital streaming giants and traditional broadcasters, FIFA aims to maximize global visibility for the tournament’s first intercontinental champion.
Global Streaming via DAZN
In a major push for accessibility, DAZN will live-stream the final matches free to view in nearly every territory worldwide. The only exceptions are China and the home markets of the semi-finalists. Additionally, DAZN has secured exclusive rights to the semi-finals within the United States.
Regional Broadcast Partners
To ensure deep penetration in key markets, FIFA has secured deals with established networks:
- UK & Ireland: Sky Sports
- Brazil: CazéTV
Tournament Logistics
The final stage will take place in London later this month:
- Semi-Finals (Jan 28): Brentford Stadium
- Final & Third-Place Play-off (Feb 1): Arsenal Stadium (Emirates)
The four-team lineup features a global spread of elite clubs: Arsenal Women (England), Gotham FC (USA), Corinthians (Brazil), and ASFAR (Morocco).
A New Rhythm for Women’s Football
Jill Ellis, FIFA’s Chief Football Officer, described the tournament as a “defining moment” for the sport. The Champions Cup is strategically positioned to run between editions of the FIFA Women’s Club World Cup, ensuring a consistent global calendar for elite women’s club football.
