Galatasaray SK officially announced a new multi-year partnership with Alfemo, a leading global furniture brand under the Zeren Group, on February 20, 2026. The deal establishes Alfemo as the Official Side Jersey Sponsor for the Football A-Team, reinforcing the club’s strategy to diversify its commercial portfolio and reach record-breaking revenue targets.

The signing ceremony, held at the Ali Sami Yen Sports Complex RAMS Park, featured Galatasaray President Dursun Aydın Özbek, Sportif A.Ş. Vice President Abdullah Kavukcu, Zeren Group CEO Mustafa Yiğit Zeren, and Alfemo General Manager Tolga Kaya.

Redefining the Partnership Doctrine

During the ceremony, President Dursun Aydın Özbek emphasized a shift in the club’s sponsorship philosophy, moving away from traditional advertising toward “vision alignment.”

“For us, sponsorship is not merely placing a logo on a jersey; it is about sharing the same vision and future goals,” Özbek stated.

This approach is part of Galatasaray’s broader financial roadmap for 2026, where the club aims to exceed €100 million in total sponsorship revenue to offset declining broadcasting rights income—which now accounts for only a fraction of the club’s €400 million total budget.

Strategic Market Positioning

  • The “Zeren Group” Synergy: The deal deepens the existing relationship between the club and Zeren Group, which has been an active investor in Turkish sports, including volleyball and basketball.
  • Alfemo’s Global Expansion: As Alfemo targets a 200% growth rate in 2026 with plans to double its store count globally, the partnership provides a high-visibility platform through Galatasaray’s massive international reach and upcoming European campaigns.
  • Commercial Exclusivity: Alfemo joins an elite tier of “kit partners,” occupying the side panel of the jersey, a placement designed for maximum visibility during high-speed broadcast tracking and social media engagement.
