HSBC has expanded its footprint in tennis by becoming the presenting partner of the China Open starting with the 2026 edition.
The agreement comes as the China Open prepares to celebrate its 20th edition since its launch in 1993, reinforcing the tournament’s commercial appeal and HSBC’s long-term commitment to the sport.
Through the partnership, HSBC aims to further enhance its visibility in the Chinese market and strengthen its association with premium international sporting events. The deal adds another major tennis property to the bank’s global sponsorship portfolio.
Beginning in 2026, HSBC will hold presenting partner status for the tournament, increasing its brand exposure across one of Asia’s most prominent tennis events.
