Inter Milan and Opus release €19,080 luxury collector’s book limited to 118 copies


Inter Milan has partnered with luxury publishing company Opus to launch Inter: The Opus – 118 Marquee Edition, an ultra-premium collector’s book celebrating the club’s 118-year history.

Only 118 hand-numbered copies of the publication will be produced worldwide, placing the project firmly within the growing market for high-end football memorabilia aimed at wealthy collectors and dedicated supporters.

The release also marks the first Opus publication dedicated to a Serie A club, expanding the publisher’s catalogue that has previously focused on globally recognised figures from sport, music and entertainment.

Limited collector’s edition priced at €19,080

The project was developed over the past year in collaboration with Inter historians and the club’s archival team, drawing on extensive research into the club’s historical records.

The publication includes more than 800 pages and features a wide range of previously unpublished photographs, documents and archival material from Inter’s history.

Designed as a statement piece, the book weighs over 34 kilograms and measures one metre wide when fully opened, highlighting its positioning as a luxury display item rather than a traditional football publication.

The hand-bound leather cover includes a solid sterling silver Inter crest plated in 22-carat gold, reinforcing the product’s premium status.

The Marquee Edition is priced at €19,080 and is currently available for pre-order.

Historic photography and artistic commissions

A key element of the project is the Inter Wet Plate Photographic Collection, which uses the 19th-century tintype photographic technique.

The photographs were produced on chemically treated metal plates and later reproduced as large-format silver halide prints.

Photo sessions were carried out inside the Inter Trophy Room and at San Siro, capturing both historic trophies and modern elements of the club’s identity.

Portrait collection featuring players and legends

The book also includes the Inter Portraits Collection, a series of 26 portraits of current players and club legends.

These images were created by Opus photographer Zenon Texeira, who used a stylised artistic approach to highlight the personalities connected to the club’s legacy.

Customisation available for buyers

Owners of the Marquee Edition will also have the option to personalise their copy through Opus’s “Tailor Made” service.

This feature allows supporters to add personal photographs and memories within additional pages specifically designed for their individual edition, turning the publication into a bespoke collector’s item tied to their own relationship with Inter Milan.
