The Los Angeles Dodgers have reached a commercial turning point by announcing the first stadium naming rights agreement in the franchise’s history. Starting immediately, the iconic Dodger Stadium will be branded as “Uniqlo Field at Dodger Stadium.”

The partnership with the Japanese global apparel giant, announced Thursday, March 26, 2026, marks Uniqlo’s first major sports sponsorship of this scale in the United States. The deal includes extensive local activations and community-focused initiatives throughout Los Angeles.

This collaboration is a natural evolution of the Dodgers’ deep-rooted connection with Japan, a legacy that began with Hideo Nomo in 1995. Today, that bond is stronger than ever with a roster featuring global superstars Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and Roki Sasaki.
