Macron, the leading Italian sportswear brand and global teamwear specialist, has announced a new all-time revenue record for the 2025 fiscal year. The company closed the year with €244.4 million in turnover, marking a 9.3% increase compared to 2024 and continuing a twenty-year streak of systematic growth.
Financial Solidity and High Margins
The 2025 results highlight the efficiency of Macron’s integrated business model. With an EBITDA margin of approximately 21%, the company has demonstrated a highly scalable operation capable of generating significant leverage as it expands into new territories.
The brand’s growth trajectory has been exponential over the last two decades, skyrocketing from just €10 million in revenue in 2004 to nearly a quarter of a billion today.
International Expansion: The US Market Surge
While the UK, Italy, and Spain remain Macron’s primary markets, the brand’s international footprint is more dominant than ever, with over 80% of revenue generated outside of Italy.
A key highlight of the 2025 report is the performance in the United States. In its first full year of operation, the Connecticut distribution center helped generate over €12 million in revenue, signaling a successful entry into the North American market.
The Macron Campus Expansion in 2026
To support future demand, Macron is nearing the completion of a €15 million investment in its headquarters in Valsamoggia. By the end of 2026, the Macron Campus will span 115,000 square meters and include:
- Distribution Center 2 (DC2): Increasing operational efficiency for global logistics.
- The Macron Dome: A state-of-the-art sports facility featuring a 600 sqm gym, a padel arena, and a 3×3 basketball court.
“Growth is part of our DNA; it is written in our name,” stated Gianluca Pavanello, CEO of Macron. “We are already focused on 2026, intending to further strengthen our global positioning by investing in brand, innovation, and quality.”
Strategy: High-Profile Sponsorships and Retail
Macron’s success is bolstered by its Macron O.N.E. collection and its vast retail network of over 190 Macron Sports Hubs across 30 countries. These flagship locations serve as a structural competitive advantage, providing fans and professional clubs with direct access to high-performance technical gear.
