The International Tennis Federation (ITF) has officially renewed its partnership with automotive brand MG for the 2026 Davis Cup Finals. Following a successful debut in 2025, the brand will continue to serve as the official car partner for the season-ending “Final 8,” set to take place in Bologna, Italy, this November.
Sustainable Mobility at the Final 8 As part of the renewed agreement, MG will provide a comprehensive fleet of electric and hybrid vehicles, ensuring sustainable transportation for players, officials, and staff throughout the tournament. The initiative underscores MG’s ongoing commitment to sustainable mobility and its growing footprint in the European automotive market.
Beyond transportation logistics, the partnership offers MG significant on-site brand visibility. Fans attending the event at the Bologna Fiere will have the opportunity to engage with MG’s latest vehicle models through dedicated fan zone activations and product showcases.
A Strategic Alignment “Davis Cup and MG are an outstanding match—prestige and history are hallmarks of both internationally renowned brands,” said Ross Hutchins, ITF Chief Executive. He noted that the renewal reflects the momentum and global growth the competition continues to experience.
Andrea Bartolomeo, MG Italy Country Manager, highlighted the significance of the extension: “After a fantastic experience last year, it is an honor to extend our first venture into tennis… our forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative approach has seen the MG brand continue to grow across the European market.”
The 2026 Davis Cup concludes in Bologna from November 24 to 29, where seven winning nations from the second-round qualifiers will join the host nation and defending champion, Italy, to compete for the trophy.
