Mumbai City FC has officially expanded its commercial portfolio by signing a new sponsorship agreement with global QSR giant Pizza Hut. Announced on February 16, 2026, the deal establishes Pizza Hut as the “Official Pizza Partner” of the Islanders for the upcoming 2025-26 Indian Super League (ISL) season.

The partnership kicks off just days before the club’s season opener against Chennaiyin FC on February 19 at the Mumbai Football Arena.

Fan Engagement and Matchday Experience

The collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between football and food through a variety of fan-centric initiatives:

  • Matchday Activations: Fans attending home games at the Mumbai Football Arena can expect on-ground experiences and exclusive offers.
  • Digital Integration: The partnership will feature co-branded social media content and digital engagement campaigns to reach the club’s nationwide fanbase.
  • Commercial Growth: Pizza Hut joins an elite roster of sponsors including PUMA, Etihad Airways, and the Indian Super Gaming League, highlighting Mumbai City FC’s status as a premium commercial asset in Indian football.

Strengthening the ISL Commercial Landscape

As the ISL continues to see a surge in viewership and grassroots participation, the entry of an internationally recognized brand like Pizza Hut underscores the league’s growing influence. For Pizza Hut, the deal provides a direct pipeline to the “Islanders'” passionate and rapidly expanding demographic.

“The agreement intends to improve fan engagement activities throughout the season… demonstrating the club’s strong commercial appeal in the Indian football environment.” — Gauresh Mahadik, Reporting.
