In her new role, Nénon-Zimmermann will be responsible for developing sponsorship and advertising revenues, event promotion activities and licensing for LFP Media.
She began her career at Olympique de Marseille and worked on marketing and sponsorship for the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France. She later held senior positions at Sportfive in France and Switzerland before becoming global managing director of Kantar Sport in London.
Nénon-Zimmermann subsequently led Webedia’s sports business as managing director and later became deputy managing director of the wider group. She also spent a year as deputy managing director at Olympique de Marseille, overseeing the club’s marketing and revenue activities.
More recently, she led Oxygen Solutions, a company specialising in measuring and managing the ESG impact of the sports and leisure industries.
According to the LFP, Nénon-Zimmermann’s experience spans more than 10 sports and includes work with numerous international sports properties and events.
