Nubank and Mercedes debut custom race suits for Miami GP 2026

Nubank and Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team have unveiled a bold joint activation for the Miami Grand Prix 2026, set to take place from May 1 to 3. The initiative marks the first collaboration between the two brands since announcing their partnership in January 2026.

The activation features three custom-designed race suits for the weekend, a short film starring drivers George Russell and Kimi Antonelli, and the launch of the “House of Nu,” an immersive fan experience located in Miami’s Wynwood district.

Cristina Junqueira, co-founder and chief growth officer of Nubank, said the collaboration reflects the shared DNA of both brands—centered on innovation and pushing boundaries. She highlighted that the race suits, film, and Wynwood activation aim to bring that spirit to life while connecting with fans and customers in a dynamic setting like Miami.

The Grand Prix weekend will also mark a historic moment for Mercedes, as the team introduces three different race suit designs for the first time. All suits will feature Nubank’s signature purple and incorporate coordinates tied to key milestones in the company’s global expansion: the original office in São Paulo for Friday, operations in Mexico and Colombia for Saturday, and the Inter Miami CF stadium—symbolizing its entry into the US market—for Sunday.

In addition, Nubank will open the House of Nu in Wynwood, welcoming visitors throughout the event. The space will showcase the purple race suits, Mercedes memorabilia, and an interactive augmented reality experience, along with exclusive collaborative merchandise available to attendees.
