Red Bull New York has officially announced a new partnership with The LandTek Group, a prominent U.S.-based specialist in athletic facility construction, to renovate and upgrade the playing surfaces at the club’s training complex. This initiative is designed to provide high-performance training environments for both the professional first team and the club’s extensive academy programs.
Infrastructure Support for Elite Performance
The project will be centered at the RWJBarnabas Health Red Bull Performance Center, the club’s state-of-the-art training base. Under the terms of the agreement, LandTek will be responsible for the design, construction, and installation of a sophisticated mix of high-grade natural grass and synthetic turf surfaces.
Key objectives of the surface upgrades include:
- Professional Standards: Ensuring world-class playing surfaces that meet the rigorous training demands of MLS professional athletes.
- Year-Round Reliability: Utilizing advanced construction techniques to provide consistent training conditions across various weather conditions.
- Academy Development: Supporting the youth development pathway by providing elite-level surfaces for academy and youth players.
Building on a Long-Standing Relationship
The LandTek Group has a well-established history with Red Bull New York, having previously collaborated on major projects including the pitch at Red Bull Arena and earlier phases of the club’s training facility development. This partnership underscores the club’s ongoing commitment to investing in its infrastructure to maintain a competitive edge in player development and training.
This development follows the January 2026 announcement of the RWJBarnabas Health Red Bulls Performance Center, a new 80-acre facility featuring eight full-size outdoor pitches and advanced medical and athletic support technology, further cementing the organization’s footprint in Morris Township, New Jersey.
