São Paulo FC has signed a new food and beverage (F&B) partnership with Gourmet Sports Hospitality to manage operations at the Estádio do MorumBIS.
The agreement takes effect immediately, following the termination of the club’s previous deal with Fgoal last month.
Emergency measures and transition
The club described the move as an “emergency” measure, with GSH stepping in ahead of a high-profile home match against Palmeiras.
The new partner has signed an initial temporary contract, with plans to gradually expand and fully structure stadium operations in the coming weeks.
Background to the change
São Paulo ended its previous partnership after concerns over unauthorized transactions. The club has also been involved in a legal dispute with Fgoal, with a court ruling in its favor and ordering financial compensation.
Focus on fan experience and revenue
The club says the new agreement is part of a broader strategy to improve fan experience while increasing operational efficiency and generating additional revenue.
GSH, a specialist in large-scale venue hospitality, already works with other major stadiums in Brazil and is expected to play a key role in elevating service standards at MorumBIS.
