Wembley & National Express Extend Partnership

Wembley Stadium has officially renewed its long-standing agreement with National Express, securing the transport giant as its Official Coach Supplier for the next three years.

The partnership ensures that fans attending matches and concerts at England’s national stadium can access direct coach services from over 50 locations across the UK. The “Wembley Express” service is designed to drop passengers off at the official coach park—just minutes from the gates—and wait until events conclude before departing.

Key Benefits of the Renewal:

  • Convenience: Fans avoid the stress of traffic or missing the last train home.
  • Sustainability: The service is a cornerstone of Wembley’s green initiative, reducing the event’s carbon footprint and easing local congestion.
  • Reliability: Since the collaboration began in 2007, National Express has transported hundreds of thousands of visitors to the stadium.

Mark Lynch, Stadium Director at Wembley, praised the “trusted and valued partner” for its role in supporting accessible travel. John Boughton, Commercial Director for National Express, added that the service allows fans to “enjoy every last minute” of their experience without travel-related stress.

The deal covers all major football and music events at the venue through 2029.
