FIFA’s official hospitality provider On Location is extending its commercial footprint in West Africa ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, deepening its partnership with Integral.
Under the expanded agreement, Integral has been appointed as a referral agent across Ghana, Ivory Coast and Senegal—all of whom have qualified for the tournament. The company previously served as On Location’s exclusive sales agent in Nigeria, and the new mandate signals a broader regional push targeting corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Rather than handling transactions directly, Integral will focus on identifying qualified buyers and funnelling demand into official sales channels. The strategy is designed to build structured demand in emerging markets where appetite for premium World Cup experiences is growing but remains fragmented.
On Location is leveraging regional partners to localise market entry while retaining centralised control over inventory and delivery. The approach also aims to combat the persistent issue of unofficial resellers by steering clients toward authorised hospitality packages.
Alicia Falken, General Manager of On Location’s World Cup 2026 business, highlighted Integral’s regional expertise as a key asset in expanding access to official offerings across West Africa.
The company reiterated that it remains the sole authorised provider of hospitality packages for the tournament, with FIFA reserving the right to void tickets obtained through unauthorised channels.
As preparations accelerate, On Location is expected to continue rolling out its global network of sales and referral partners in the lead-up to kick-off.
