Arsenal mark 20 years at Emirates Stadium with new home kit launch

.Arsenal FC and adidas have unveiled the club’s new home kit for the 2026/27 season, with the design commemorating two decades since Arsenal’s move to Emirates Stadium in north London.

The launch is part of the club’s long-term partnership with adidas and is supported by a campaign film featuring players from both the men’s and women’s squads alongside supporters from communities connected to the club, including fans in north London and New York.

Players such as Martin Ødegaard and Alessia Russo appear in the campaign, which focuses on the relationship between the team, its supporters and Emirates Stadium.

The shirt retains Arsenal’s traditional red body and white sleeves, while incorporating several design elements inspired by the stadium itself. These include a crewneck collar influenced by the structure of the Emirates Stadium roof and a textured graphic pattern woven throughout the fabric.

The full home strip is completed with white shorts featuring red detailing and red socks. The jersey also includes adidas’ CLIMACOOL+ fabric technology, developed to improve airflow and comfort for players during matches.

As part of the launch activation, supporters purchasing the shirt through Arsenal retail channels will receive a limited-edition NFC-enabled card. The card connects users to exclusive digital content through the club’s official app, including personalised player messages and interactive fan response features.

The release comes as Premier League clubs increasingly integrate commercial partnerships, digital engagement tools and storytelling campaigns into kit launches, with manufacturers such as adidas expanding fan-focused experiences beyond traditional product releases.

Speaking about the launch, Ødegaard said: “Wearing this shirt means representing something much bigger than ourselves. We carry the pride and belonging felt by our supporters around the world. Our connection with them inspires us and I feel so proud to wear this kit and to honour what this badge and what Arsenal stands for.”
