Crystal Palace signs AI infrastructure company Temporal

Crystal Palace has announced a new multi-year front-of-shirt sponsorship agreement with AI infrastructure company Temporal, starting from the 2026/27 season.

The partnership marks another step in Crystal Palace’s growing technology-focused commercial strategy, with the South London club continuing to attract brands from the software and artificial intelligence sectors.

Temporal develops open-source infrastructure systems designed to keep applications running reliably at scale, even during outages or technical failures. The company’s technology is already used by major global organisations including OpenAI, Netflix, JPMorgan Chase and Vodafone.

The sponsorship arrives during one of the most successful commercial and sporting periods in Crystal Palace’s modern history, following the club’s FA Cup victory, Community Shield triumph and first-ever qualification for European competition.

From the 2026/27 campaign, Temporal branding will feature on the men’s first-team shirts as well as Academy kits.

Beyond traditional sponsorship exposure, the agreement also includes a community and education component through the Palace for Life Foundation. Crystal Palace and Temporal plan to launch AI and computer science workshops for young people across South London, combining football with technology education and digital-access initiatives.

Crystal Palace Chief Commercial Officer Barry Webber said the partnership reflects the club’s long-term innovation vision.

“Partnering with a category-leading technology business like Temporal underlines our commitment to building a progressive, forward-thinking future for Crystal Palace.”

Temporal CEO and co-founder Samar Abbas also linked the collaboration to the company’s focus on reliability and long-term trust.

“We are proud to stand behind a club that understands what it means to be someone’s reliable foundation.”
