EuroLeague Terminates Contract with Fedcom Media

Euroleague Basketball has officially ended its partnership with Fedcom Media, the operator of the Skweek streaming platform, effective March 5, 2026. The organization stated it was “forced to take this decision” following repeated breaches of contract terms by Fedcom Media.

Transition to EuroLeague.TV

Starting with Round 30 of the regular season, Skweek will no longer broadcast EuroLeague or BKT EuroCup games. To protect fans in France, Monaco, and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM-CROM), the league is taking the following steps:

  • Direct Access: Active Skweek subscribers will be granted access to EuroLeague.TV to ensure uninterrupted viewing.
  • Renewal Discount: Annual pass holders will receive a 15% discount on their next yearly renewal.

Rising Club Revenues

Alongside the broadcasting shift, EuroLeague updated its financial outlook for the 2026-2027 season. Average defined revenues for licensed clubs (ALCDR)—including matchday, commercial, and other earnings—are projected to reach €22.29 million, marking a 14% increase from the previous season’s €19.48 million.

Expanding Content

In a separate move to bolster its OTT offering, EuroLeague TV has secured streaming rights for Italy’s LBA (Serie A) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 season, including the Playoffs and the Final Eight 2026.
