FC Barcelona is accelerating the expansion of its retail division BLM (Barça Licensing & Merchandising), with the club aiming to turn the business into a €300 million operation within the next three years.
According to club projections, BLM is expected to surpass €200 million in revenue during the 2025-2026 season. Barcelona’s management believes several key drivers will fuel the next phase of growth, led by the full reopening of the Spotify Camp Nou.
The club is also focusing heavily on tourism-related sales, ecommerce expansion, and the opening of new official stores in cities such as Madrid and Istanbul.
Another major pillar of the strategy is the development of Barça’s own fashion and lifestyle products, as the club seeks to strengthen its in-house brand and reduce dependence on external manufacturers.
Barcelona sees retail and merchandising as a central part of its long-term commercial growth strategy, especially as matchday traffic at the renovated Camp Nou is expected to significantly boost spending from fans and tourists.
