LaLiga signs six-year Brazil broadcast deal with CazéTV

LaLiga has announced a new long-term media partnership with CazéTV to broadcast LaLiga EA Sports matches in Brazil through the 2031-32 season.

The agreement covers the next six seasons and includes live matches, highlights, and additional digital content for Brazilian audiences. A major feature of the partnership is the free distribution of content through YouTube, which will serve as the main viewing platform for fans in the country.

LaLiga said the strategy is designed to expand the league’s reach among younger audiences through digital-first and socially integrated platforms.

Javier Tebas described Brazil as a strategic market because of its football culture and long-standing connection with Spanish football through Brazilian players who have starred in LaLiga over the years.

CazéTV, founded by Brazilian streamer Casimiro Miguel in partnership with LiveMode, has rapidly expanded its sports portfolio in recent years. The platform already holds rights to major competitions including the entire 2026 FIFA World Cup, France’s Ligue 1, and selected matches from Serie A, the Bundesliga, and the Brasileirão.

Felipe Aquilino said adding LaLiga strengthens the platform’s position as a destination for elite global football content and deepens engagement with fans.

The announcement also comes shortly after Cristiano Ronaldo became an investor in the company’s Portuguese subsidiary, although financial details of the investment were not disclosed.

The deal reflects LaLiga’s continued push toward digital distribution and free-access streaming models in key international markets as competition for younger football audiences intensifies globally.
