Newcastle United Signs Multi-Year Global Partnership With Corpay

Newcastle United has signed a multi-year global partnership with US-based corporate payments company Corpay, naming its Cross-Border business the club’s Official FX and Cross-Border Payments Partner.

Under the agreement, Corpay Cross-Border will provide foreign exchange expertise and international payment services to support Newcastle United’s business operations as the Premier League club continues to expand into overseas markets.

Corpay’s platform enables transactions in more than 145 currencies across over 200 countries, offering businesses a centralised system for managing international payments. Its solutions also help companies manage currency exposure and streamline cross-border transactions.

The partnership forms part of Newcastle United’s broader efforts to strengthen its commercial operations and international business infrastructure.

Dave O’Connor, chief revenue officer at Newcastle United, said Corpay would play an important role in supporting the club’s global operations as it continues to grow as an international business. He added that the company’s expertise would help improve operational efficiency across markets and support the club’s long-term international ambitions.

Corpay Expands Its Premier League Partnerships

The Newcastle United agreement further strengthens Corpay’s presence in English football, adding another Premier League club to its sports partnership portfolio.

The company provides corporate payment services and foreign exchange solutions to businesses operating internationally. Its offering includes tools designed to simplify cross-border transactions and help organisations manage currency risk.

Brad Loder, chief marketing officer at Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, said the partnership further reinforced the company’s position as a corporate payments and currency risk management provider across the Premier League.

The agreement gives Corpay a commercial association with Newcastle United while supporting the club’s efforts to manage its growing international operations more efficiently.
