Arctos Partners has agreed to acquire a 10% stake in the Atlanta Falcons, in a deal that values the NFL franchise at $10.6 billion.
Subject to NFL approval, the transaction will be completed in two stages over the next 18 months. According to CNBC, the deal is worth approximately $1.06 billion. Arctos will initially acquire a 7.5% stake, followed by the remaining 2.5% in the second phase, according to Sportico.

The Falcons generated estimated revenue of around $800 million during the 2025-26 season, while annual sponsorship revenue exceeds $100 million.
Atlanta has yet to win a Super Bowl in franchise history.
