TFF and Turk Telekom sign broadcast deal

The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) and Türk Telekom have signed a new broadcasting agreement covering the 2nd League, 3rd League, the A National Women’s Team, and the U21 National Team matches. The deal will run until the end of next season.

Under the agreement, matches will be broadcast on Tivibu Spor, owned by Türk Telekom, as well as the YAAY digital platform. Coverage will begin with this season’s 2nd and 3rd League playoff matches and continue for one year.

The signing ceremony took place at the Riva Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities in Istanbul, attended by TFF President İbrahim Ethem Hacıosmanoğlu, TFF board members, Türk Telekom CEO Ebubekir Şahin, and senior executives from both organizations.

Hacıosmanoğlu said the partnership would strengthen the financial structure of lower-league clubs and increase their visibility, stating that “when the base is strong, the top becomes strong as well.” He added that the federation aims to make the football ecosystem more attractive and competitive, while expanding access to matches for millions of fans.

Türk Telekom CEO Ebubekir Şahin highlighted the company’s long-term investments in sports broadcasting and digital infrastructure. He noted contributions to VAR systems, semi-automated offside technology, and stadium innovations, emphasizing their goal of supporting Turkish football’s digital transformation.

The ceremony concluded with a group photo and exchange of commemorative gifts.
