The International Tennis Federation has announced an expanded partnership with Visa for the 2026 edition of the Davis Cup, strengthening the payment giant’s role within one of tennis’ most historic competitions.
After initially joining the Davis Cup as an official payment partner in 2025 through a one-year agreement, Visa has now significantly increased its involvement for the 2026 season.
Under the renewed deal, Visa will receive on-court branding visibility for the first time across all 33 Davis Cup ties taking place worldwide. The company will also expand its activation presence during the prestigious Final 8 stage of the competition.
In addition to handling secure payment services at tournament venues, Visa plans to introduce exclusive fan experiences and premium access opportunities for cardholders throughout the event calendar.
ITF Highlights Commercial Momentum
The 2026 Davis Cup campaign is already underway, with the upcoming qualifying rounds set to determine the seven nations that will join the host country at the Final 8.
Visa becomes part of an increasingly valuable sponsorship portfolio surrounding the Davis Cup, alongside brands including Rolex, Fage, Corpay, MG and Betsson.
Ross Hutchins described the agreement as a major step forward for the tournament’s commercial development.
“Partners like Visa are essential to the continued commercial growth of the competition,” Hutchins said. “Premium global brands see value in partnering with our prestigious competition.”
The expanded agreement reflects the ITF’s broader push to elevate the commercial profile of the Davis Cup as international tennis continues competing for greater sponsorship and fan engagement opportunities in a crowded global sports market.
