WNBA All-Star Game attracts 3.2 million viewers, up 44% year over year

The 2026 WNBA All-Star Game continued the league’s strong growth in audience, drawing 3.2 million viewers on ABC, according to ESPN.

The broadcast marked a 44% increase compared with the 2025 All-Star Game, while viewership peaked at 3.3 million, making it the second-most-watched WNBA All-Star Game in league history.

Fan demand was equally impressive inside the arena. The United Center in Chicago sold out with a record 19,783 spectators, setting a new attendance record for a WNBA All-Star Game.

Despite ongoing cultural debates surrounding the league, the WNBA continues to expand its audience across both television and live events, reinforcing its growing commercial appeal and media value.
