Serie A has expanded its partnership with sports technology firm Deltatre in a move designed to modernise its digital ecosystem and strengthen its direct-to-consumer strategy.
Under a new four-season agreement, Deltatre will power Serie A’s revamped digital infrastructure, including a newly launched website and app that centralise content across the league’s competitions.
The deal covers Serie A, the Coppa Italia, and the Supercoppa Italiana, as well as youth competitions including Primavera Championship 1 and related cup formats.
At the core of the project is Deltatre’s “Forge†platform, which will handle content publishing, video streaming, and AI-powered search functionality. The goal is to create a more unified, scalable digital experience for fans across all devices.
A key feature of the expansion is the introduction of a “Clubs program,†allowing all 20 Serie A teams to use Deltatre’s infrastructure to upgrade their own official websites and digital presence.
The partnership builds on an existing relationship that began in the 2024-25 season, during which Deltatre provided IP-based graphics and supported the development of Serie A’s data hub.
Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo said the league chose Deltatre for its ability to support long-term technological evolution and improve fan engagement across global markets.
Deltatre executives, meanwhile, highlighted scalability and monetisation as central to the new platform, positioning it as a foundation for expanding digital revenue and global reach.
The move reflects Serie A’s broader push to compete with Europe’s top leagues in digital content delivery, fan engagement, and direct streaming ecosystems.
