Real Betis Extends Vivaticket Ticketing Deal Through 2032 as Sales Jump 23%

Real Betis has secured a long-term extension with Vivaticket, renewing its ticketing partnership through 2032 in a move aimed at further modernizing its sales infrastructure and fan experience.

The seven-year renewal reinforces a strategic relationship that has already delivered strong commercial results, with ticket sales rising 23% year-over-year during the current season.

Digital-first ticketing model drives growth

The club credits Vivaticket’s technology with transforming the purchasing journey for supporters, introducing a more flexible and forward-looking ticketing system.

Under the current model, fans can:

  • Purchase tickets early without immediate seat selection
  • Access both priority and general sales phases
  • Secure paired seating automatically
  • Choose exact seats closer to matchday

This hybrid system allows supporters to plan attendance in advance while maintaining flexibility—an approach that has significantly expanded inventory utilization.

La Cartuja move boosts capacity and revenue

The increase in ticket sales has also been supported by matches played at La Cartuja Stadium, which offers greater capacity than the club’s traditional home, Estadio Benito Villamarín, currently undergoing redevelopment.

The combination of higher capacity and smarter ticket distribution has translated into tangible revenue growth for the club.

Expanding matchday ecosystem

Beyond ticket sales, the platform enables additional monetization opportunities, including:

  • Stadium parking reservations
  • Access to the “Betis Tour” experience
  • Integration of complementary matchday services

This ecosystem approach aligns with Betis’ broader strategy of enhancing fan engagement while increasing per-capita spending.

A proven partner across European football

Vivaticket continues to strengthen its footprint in elite European football, working with clubs such as:

  • AC Milan
  • Inter Milan
  • AS Roma

The company has also recently secured rights to manage ticketing operations for the Coppa Italia Finals through 2027.

Focus on smarter, personalized fan experience

Club CEO Ramón Alarcón emphasized that the renewed partnership will help drive a more intelligent and dynamic ticketing model, focused on maximizing fan experience.

Vivaticket CEO Silvano Taiani added that the company will continue delivering a “fast, secure, and personalized” purchasing process.
