Atlético de Madrid has launched a new official mobile application developed in partnership with Veritran, bringing ticketing, season ticket management, merchandise and stadium experiences together on a single digital platform.
The redesigned app consolidates several services across Atlético’s digital ecosystem, including access to the Atleti Store and Atleti Tour & Museum, alongside club news and match-related information.
One of the main new features is digital season ticket transfer, allowing supporters to transfer their tickets directly through the app. The platform also retains existing stadium access options through QR codes and NFC wallets, as well as the ability for season ticket holders to release their seats.
Veritran develops Atlético’s digital platform
Veritran, a technology company specialising in digital platforms and customer experience, worked with Atlético to develop the new application.
The redesigned interface brings together services that were previously accessed through different parts of the club’s digital ecosystem, including ticketing, retail and stadium-related products.
Supporters can purchase match tickets, manage season tickets and access Atlético’s official merchandise store within the app. The platform also incorporates Atleti Tour & Museum, connecting the club’s stadium tourism offering to its wider digital environment.
Season ticket transfers added to ticketing tools
The introduction of digital season ticket transfers is one of the key additions to the application.
The feature complements existing ticket management functions, including QR code and NFC wallet access for stadium entry. Supporters can also release their season ticket seats through the app.
By bringing these functions together, Atlético is giving season ticket holders a central platform for managing access to home
