Concacaf launches new platform

Concacaf has officially unveiled a new centralised digital platform designed to unify the fan experience across its 41 Member Associations.

Developed with technology partner Deltatre, the new ecosystem combines live streaming, video-on-demand content, real-time match data, and detailed player and team profiles into a single digital destination.

The redesigned platform includes a new Concacaf website and mobile application available on both iOS and Android. The experience has been structured to provide easier access to men’s, women’s, and club competitions while allowing supporters to personalise their experience through free user accounts and tailored notifications.

Concacaf general secretary Philippe Moggio described the launch as an important milestone in strengthening engagement with football fans across the region.

A key feature of the new ecosystem is the “Where to Watch” tool, which helps supporters identify live broadcast and streaming options for matches in their respective markets. The platform has also been designed to adapt to different viewing environments, functioning as a second-screen experience in territories with broadcast coverage and as a primary live match destination in regions without television access.

According to Peter Bellamy, the flexible infrastructure will allow Concacaf to rapidly introduce new digital experiences while creating stronger long-term commercial and fan engagement opportunities.

The platform is powered by Deltatre FORGE technology, which is also used by major international sports organisations including the National Football League, National Hockey League, and Major League Baseball.
